1. Return & Exchange Conditions
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days from the delivery date if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
You have the invoice or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Items that show signs of use or damage
Personalized or custom-made items
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer support via [WhatsApp/Email/Phone] within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will confirm and coordinate with the shipping company to pick up the item.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the return or exchange.

4. Return & Exchange Fees
In case of exchange, a new shipping fee will be charged.
In case of return, the original shipping fee is non-refundable, and a return shipping fee will apply.
If the return is due to a defect or wrong item, we cover all shipping costs.

5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
Refunds are made via the same payment method used in the original order.

6. Important Notes
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
If your returned item doesn’t meet our policy requirements, it will be sent back to you.
