Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes:
Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
Other governorates in Egypt: 2–4 business days
🚚 Delivery days are from Saturday to Thursday.
Friday and official holidays are excluded.
The shipping company’s delivery agent will contact you by phone to coordinate the delivery date and time.

2. Shipping Fees
The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery across Egypt. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

4. Order Tracking
You can track your shipment in real time using the tracking link provided after dispatch.

5. Delivery & Inspection
You are allowed to open the shipment in front of the delivery agent to examine the products before receiving them.
If there's any issue, you may refuse to accept the order and contact us immediately.

6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery via [01040015171].

7. International Shipping (Optional)
We currently ship only within Egypt. International delivery will be available soon.
